FAQ

• Please check in 10 minutes prior to your appointment time.  
• If you are under the supervision of a doctor, please advise your therapist prior to any treatment
• All equipment we use for treatments are sanitized and sterilized for your safety  

Cancellations:

If you are unable to attend your appointment please advise us at least 12 hours prior to your appointment so other clients have an opportunity to utilise this appointment space.  Failure to appear for an appointment may result in the full value of the service booked being charged. 

If you are late:

If you are running late please be aware that we will need to shorten your service to the time remaining, however we will need to charge you for the full service booked.

Waxing:

We will supply you disposable underwear for any Bikini, G-String or Brazilian Wax.

We use disposable and metal spatulars and only dip once into our wax pots for the highest standard of hygiene.

We do ask that if you are menstruating, please reschedule your appointment.  Waxing is often more painful throughout this time and also for hygiene purposes.

Spray Tans:

Please avoid wearing any moisturiser, makeup or deodorant to your tanning appointment.  This works as a barrier against the tan.  Please leave the salon without a bra on (if possible) as this will avoid any strap or bra marks on your new tan.  Wear loose clothing and open shoes.  The tan normally takes around 6 - 8 hours to develop so make sure you keep away from water!
